THE COUPLE
A seniorita from Spain and a gracious guy from Zakinthos busy with their careers in Belgium decided to tie the knot on one of the most relaxed and laid back Greek Islands.
WHERE
The famously beautiful Plaka beach - perfect for their small and intimate beach side Civil Ceremony.
STYLING
Simply styled with blue hydrangeas and babys breath. Tables were marked by town and people mixed it up with Spanish and Greek flair. A gorgeous menu including fresh fish was served at round tables by the sea.
SOURCING & PLANNING
The mother of the groom happily contributed homemade bread and favors as traditional Wedding treats. Everyone stayed together in the Plaka Beach area - they wandered down for the Ceremony and wandered back after the party - perfect!
FUN & MEMORIES
The fun started with the bride arriving early but accompanied by a traditional Galician Gaita playing Spanish songs - once the ceremony began the sun set provided a backdrop for a beautiful union that few will forget. Desserts were styled on a table for enjoying and the dancing lasted until dawn.
